Job summary

Parkridge East Hospital is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (PRN) to perform tests on blood, urine and other body fluids to aid diagnosis. You will participate in quality improvement activities and work in a team-focused environment aligned with our mission and values.

Qualified candidates have an Associate degree with an accredited MLT program or equivalent education/experience qualifying for ASCP national registration.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and completion of an accredited MLT program OR the equivalent education and experience that qualifies for national registration through ASCP.

Responsibilities

• Perform test analyses on blood, urine and body fluids to aid diagnosis.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities to ensure quality.
• Maintain professional conduct with patients, visitors and staff.
• Support a collaborative, team-focused work environment.
