Job summary

Clover Health Services in Manchester, CT is seeking a Medical Lab Specialist to perform routine and complex laboratory tests, collect and prepare specimens, and forward results to physicians. Shifts are 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM with a 13-week duration starting 2026-08-17. Weekly pay ranges from $2,169 to $2,365, with housing and health benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
• High school diploma with 3+ months documented full-time laboratory training per discipline.
• 3+ months to 1 year acceptable clinical lab experience.
• Experience in chemistry, hematology, microbiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests (microscopic, bacteriological, hematological, immunologic).
• Collect, prepare and store specimens.
• Forward test results to physicians.
• Keep accurate records.
• Explain procedures to patients.
• Prepare lab reagents.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Maintain safe working environment.
