Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
• Certification, or eligibility for certification, as MLT (ASCP) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a hospital or clinic setting as an MLT.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests classified under CLIA-88 as highly complex, moderately complex, or waived, in all sections of the laboratory under minimal supervision.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and quality control processes.
• Adhere to McFarland Clinic's policies and safety guidelines to ensure accurate results.
