Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Sciences or related field from a regionally accredited institution and ASCP MLS/MLT certification.
- Professional experience in medical laboratory settings across core disciplines (clinical chemistry, microbiology, hematology, blood banking).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse students; commitment to student success.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in Medical Lab Assistant and Medical Lab Technician programs.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials and lesson plans.
- Supervise and assist students in laboratory work and ensure safety protocols.
