Job summary

The position requires an CLIA-compliant CLT/MLT degree, ASCP-BOC certification within 6 months of hire, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CLT/MLT or equivalent as required by CLIA regulations.
• ASCP-BOC certification to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunohematology and related areas.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to run tests and generate accurate results.
• Provide timely test results and monitor quality to maintain high performance.
• Conduct research and develop new tests and methodologies.

Education

Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology (CLT/MLT)
