Job summary

aah is seeking a full-time Medical Laboratory Technician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As part of the 60288 WI ACL Laboratories team, you will perform and evaluate laboratory tests, monitor workflow, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

This position requires an Associate's Degree in Clinical Lab Technician or a related field, with certification needed within one year. The schedule is 2pm-10:30pm, with weekend rotations. A supportive and flexible working environment is offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• MLT certification needed within 1 year from ASCP BOC or AMT.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor laboratory tests as authorized.
• Evaluate results for clinical significance and validity.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of instruments.
• Collect specimens from patients.
• Provide technical assistance to support staff.
