Job summary

Laboratory Sciences of Arizona in Phoenix is seeking a skilled laboratory professional to support high‑level testing, comply with CLIA ’88, JCAHO, CAP and OSHA standards, and contribute to patient care. The role may involve specimen collection and processing as part of routine lab operations.

Ideal candidates hold MLS/MT certification or a relevant bachelor’s degree with appropriate certification, and demonstrate strong accuracy, communication and organizational skills in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science/medical technology or a related field with eligible certifications.
If educated outside the US, credential evaluation is required.
For certain specialty disciplines, a combination of experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Assist with department testing and problem solving in a regulated lab setting.
May be responsible for collection, receipt, and processing of biological specimens.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and accreditation requirements (CLIA ’88, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA).
