• The Medical Lab Tech II performs routine and complex laboratory tests to support the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patient health.
• This role ensures the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results through careful specimen processing, quality control, and adherence to regulatory standards, contributing to patient safety and quality care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field from an accredited institution None required.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by a recognized certifying agency such as the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP); must be obtained prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related discipline
• Two or more years of experience in a clinical laboratory, with proficiency in multiple laboratory disciplines
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent
