Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field from an accredited institution.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by ASCP must be obtained prior to start date.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related discipline preferred.
• Certification as MLS or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and complex laboratory tests to support diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patient health.
• Ensures accuracy and reliability of laboratory results through quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains safety and infection control standards and adheres to Kettering Health policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
