Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required for MLT candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science required for MT candidates.
• Current certification as an MLT/MT/MLS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis following established procedures.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Collect, process, and prepare patient specimens for testing.
• Review and verify test results for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
• Document quality control results and communicate critical findings per policy.
• Maintain records in laboratory information systems and support inventory management.
