Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform routine and complex tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood banking in an acute care setting.
The role requires an Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field, and certification is preferred. BLS required within policy timeframe. Evening/nights schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off, 9pm–7am, with potential hospital-based training and collaboration with staff.

The role involves conducting diagnostic testing, analyzing test results, and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable outcomes. The MLT collaborates with laboratory staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective patient care in an acute care hospital setting.
7 days on, 7 days off. Wed‑Tues 9pm‑7am.
