Vitruvian Health is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician/MLS with strong leadership and teaching abilities. The role involves performing complex tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring regulatory compliance while mentoring students and staff.
The ideal candidate holds AS/AS in MEDLAB Tech or BS in MLS and has MT/MLS ASCP certification with 2+ years in a clinical lab. Tennessee licensure requirements must be met post-hire.

Performs a wide variety of complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures according to established standards; maintains and calibrates highly scientific equipment; provides direction to others in work setting and ensures compliance with all applicable standards established by regulatory agencies. Provides teaching and in‑services to students and other personnel. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served. Must demonstrate knowledge of age dependent expected values and access data reflective of the patients' current status in relation to their age specific needs.
