Research Medical Center is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLS to perform routine and complex lab tests across chemistry, hematology, and microbiology to support patient diagnosis and care.

The MT/MLS will ensure precise results, adhere to testing procedures, and participate in quality control to maintain lab standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and ASCP/registry eligibility with certificate within 1 year of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or related field.
• MT(ASCP), CLS, MLS(ASCP) or equivalent certification or registry is required or eligible.
• Registry/certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform chemical, hematology, serological, immunohematology, and microscopic tests in one or more lab sections.
• Produce accurate results in hematology, serology, chemistry, blood bank, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology and other areas as designated.
• Maintain quality by running controls, calibrating equipment, and monitoring QC measures.
