Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha seeks a Medical Lab Scientist to perform, evaluate, and report a broad range of laboratory tests while upholding quality control and safety standards.
The role includes communication of results to clinicians, instrument maintenance, and training of staff, with a full-time schedule 12:00 PM–8:30 PM and rotating weekends/holidays at the West Hospital location.
Job Summary: In a career as a Medical Lab Scientist, you join us in providing life-changing care to patients from across the region. In this role, you will follow all laboratory procedures and policies (quality control, precision, accuracy, and correlation studies, maintenance and corrective actions, preparing and evaluation of reagents, media, and standards) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of lab services.
Schedule: Full-Time, 12:00 PM-8:30 PM with rotating weekends and holidays.
