Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will be a vital part of our Laboratory team, supporting various departments with compassionate, professional, and reliable testing. Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing patient results, work logs, quality control data, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Ensuring proficiency testing is performed and data submitted timely.
• Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies.
• Staying informed of regulatory requirements to maintain accreditation.
• Assisting in developing procedure manuals.
• Introducing new tests to enhance departmental quality and utility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from an accredited institution.
• National certification as a Medical Technologist from ASCP or equivalent.
• Hospital or clinical lab experience preferred.
