Vitalant is hiring Medical Laboratory Scientists for the Donor Product Laboratory in San Luis Obispo. The role supports regulated testing, quality control, and communication with hospital transfusion services.

New graduates and experienced MLS candidates are encouraged to apply. The position offers a 12:00 pm–8:30 pm shift, a $45 base wage plus a 9% 2nd shift differential, and a strong benefits program to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or science with MLS ASCP/AHN certification.
• CA State licensure as required by regulations.
