Job summary
The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Cleveland, OH area to install, service, and maintain automated laboratory instrumentation.
You will travel overnight as needed, establish strong customer relations, and coordinate issue resolution with the Field Support Team.

Qualifications
- Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
- Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Overnight travel required.
- Minimum of 3 years as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or medical instrumentation a plus.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
- Establish a strong customer relations foundation.
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
- Maintain car inventory including tools and spare parts.
- Provide on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.
