Job summary

United WestLabs, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service representative to support patients and clients with medical and laboratory needs. You will act as a resource for inquiries, document medical information, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of results and billing information.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, are polite on calls, and document information accurately. Experience in healthcare or lab settings is preferred, with familiarity in EPIC LIS a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer services in medical or lab industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of information to clients.
