Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking Kit Assembly Production Workers in West Chester, OH to support laboratory operations, kit assembly, inventory management, and quality control.

Two shifts are available with pay rates $18.50 (1st shift) and $20.35 (2nd shift); schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.; onsite, GMP-compliant environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in production, lab, or warehouse.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and data entry using electronic systems.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately build and label lab and study kits.
  • Perform quality control checks to meet GMP standards.
  • Track inventory levels and manage kit distribution.
  • Maintain detailed records of kit assembly and inventory movements.

What's Needed?

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  • Comfortable using electronic inventory management and database systems.
