Job summary

Westaff is hiring Assemblers in Quincy, MA to join a production team focused on assembling medical devices and kits. You will follow established processes, operate equipment, inspect in-process items, and help meet daily production goals while communicating clearly with teammates.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, bend, and reach as part of daily tasks; prior GMP training may be provided. This is a full-time position with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly with co-workers in speech and writing.
• Lifting up to 35lbs occasionally, standing, bending, reaching required.
• Understand and apply site policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and audits.

Responsibilities

• Builds product by following all processes and complete other assigned work while meeting production goals and metrics.
• Responsible for quality and 100% adherence to manufacturing process requirements.
• Proactively identifies and communicates quality issues and concerns.
• Maintains accurate records including training and shop floor paperwork (DHR).
• Participates in site internal audits and third party inspections.
