Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of plastic injection molding experience required.
• Experience performing quality inspections and identifying defects.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality issues.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Trim, assemble, and package molded parts as needed.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow GMP, safety, and manufacturing procedures at all times.
• Communicate equipment or quality concerns to supervisors.
