Job summary

Climatech, a leading plastics manufacturer based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a production operator to support set-up, run, troubleshoot, and tear down equipment used in extrusion, injection molding and non-metallic fabrication.

You will read blueprints, measure quality with inspection tools, package finished goods, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Prior tool-use experience and physical stamina are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team-player attitude.
• Basic math and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to use handheld tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, produce, count, pack, and fulfill production requirements.
• Set-up, operate and tear-down extrusion and related equipment with training.
• Read prints and document quality using measurement equipment.
• Follow directions from leadership and work as a team.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and safety.
