ProPharma is seeking a Medical Information Specialist to join the Medical Information Contact Center. You will respond to inquiries about medical and safety information from healthcare professionals and consumers, ensuring compliant, accurate responses and timely documentation.

The role requires a nursing degree and strong English communication, knowledge of medical terminology, and comfort with regulatory standards. Hybrid work is supported with in-person collaboration as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS) in Canada or US.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English language proficiency.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Aufgaben

• Respond to unsolicited requests for medical and safety information via multiple channels.
• Provide labeled medical/safety information in line with regulatory and client policies.
• Identify, document and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, special situations and product complaints.
• Meet deadlines per SOPs and client practices.
• Write and customize medical information responses using published data.
• Log inquiries accurately in the inquiry handling system.
• Provide after-hours coverage on a rotated basis.
