Job summary

EVERSANA, a leading life sciences services provider in the United States, seeks a Medical Information professional to respond to inquiries from physicians, nurses and payers. You will document adverse events and coordinate with QA and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, high-quality communication.

Qualifications

• Clinical and healthcare knowledge with ability to communicate medical information clearly.
• Experience interpreting medical literature and summarizing for a non-technical audience.
• Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to unsolicited medical information inquiries from health professionals and patients.
• Identify and document adverse events and product complaints.
• Prepare accurate adverse event reports following SOPs and regulations.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs and other teams as needed.
