Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Medical Information Manager in Pennsylvania to lead the creation, review, and delivery of accurate medical content for healthcare professionals. This role emphasizes project management, medical writing, and strategic scientific communication.

Reporting to the Global Medical Information Lead, you will manage inquiries, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across functions to support congress initiatives and broader scientific communications.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years in Medical Information/Medical Communications in biotech.
• Experience in content creation, review, and approval; regulatory knowledge.
• Strong scientific writing and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret clinical data and present it clearly.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and approval of Medical Information content including FAQs, SRLs, and Custom Response documents.
• Ensure MICC agents have up-to-date scientific content.
• Review MIRFs submitted by MSLs ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant responses.
• Monitor inquiry trends to inform scientific communications and planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Serve on Medical Review Committee and Promotional Review Committee as needed.
• Support ongoing global medical congress initiatives.
• Other duties within broader Scientific Communications as assigned.
