Job summary

Philips Healthcare seeks a Zone Installation Specialist Midwest Zone (IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, SD, WI). You will install and service diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites, travel up to 100% and work across modalities, ensuring rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Experience with MRI equipment preferred.
• Ability to understand electronic, mechanical and networking theory to install, diagnose and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn installation process and establish rapport with customers while resolving issues.
• Perform work in at least one modality; may be asked to work in multiple modalities.
• Maintain knowledge of technical advances and industry trends; pursue training opportunities.
• Perform administrative duties within Philips and regulatory timeframes (timesheets, service orders, expense reports, etc.).
