Job summary

Philips Healthcare is seeking a Zone Installation Specialist for the Midwest Zone (IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, SD, WI). You will install and service diagnostic imaging equipment, maintain strong customer relationships, and work across modalities as needed.

This field role requires travel and on-site customer support. Preferred candidates have MRI experience and an electronics background, with a degree in electronics or engineering.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service, field or hospital-based.
• 3+ years in electromechanical industries; MRI experience preferred.
• Ability to install, diagnose, repair using electronic, mechanical and networking theory.

Responsibilities

• Learn installation process and establish rapport with customers.
• Perform work in at least one modality; may qualify for multiple modalities.
• Adopt best practices and schedule activities; assist others as needed.
• Complete administrative duties within timeframes (timesheets, service orders, etc.).
