Job summary

Philips Healthcare is seeking a Zone Installation Specialist Midwest Zone (IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, SD, WI). You will install and service diagnostic imaging equipment, building strong customer relationships while meeting regulatory timelines.

This field role requires travel, flexibility in hours, and ongoing training to stay current with advances in imaging technology and safety standards. Join a team focused on top-tier service and patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
• Associated degree in electronics; engineering degrees preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and possibly international travel.
• Flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Learn installation process and establish rapport with customers.
• Install, diagnose, and service equipment across one or more modalities as qualified.
• Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service orders and PMs.
• Adopt best practices and coordinate with colleagues to support customers.
