Responsibilities

• Collects proper patient identification, verifies, and processes patient registration data and test order/entry into hospital information system.
• Manages scheduled patients to appropriate imaging area with correct demographics and test prep information.
• Receives inbound calls from physicians and patients/families.
• Performs general clerical activities such as phone, reports, film library support, and scheduling.
• May transport patients to and from the department and assist technologists during testing.
• Maintains supplies and equipment.
• Performs other related duties as required.
