Job summary

Valley Regional Hospital, part of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a skilled X-ray/CT Technologist to support imaging services in a community-focused setting. You will perform X-ray and CT exams, screen patients, and help ensure accurate diagnoses while maintaining safety and compassionate care.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT in Radiography and CT, NH Medical Imaging Licensure, BLS certification, and CE requirements, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT radiography and CT certifications required.
• Current NH Medical Imaging License.
• Active BLS/BCLS certification and CE requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and screen patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Perform X-ray and CT examinations to produce high-quality images.
• Assess patient comfort and coordinate with physicians as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused X-ray / CT Technologist to join our imaging team. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting accurate diagnoses and delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and appropriately screen patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Perform X-ray and computed tomography (CT) examinations to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Assess the patient's pain or discomfort that may interfere with imaging procedures and communicate with the appropriate physician to facilitate care when necessary.
• Maintain a safe imaging environment by following established patient care protocols
• Deliver respectful, patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism

Required Qualifications

• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and Computed Tomography (CT).
• Current compliance with continuing education requirements.
• Valid New Hampshire Medical Imaging License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
