• Initiates Work Environment Assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Conducts investigations of employee relations issues and recommends actions.
• Summarizes investigation findings and recommendations.
• Maintains communication with client groups to meet strategic objectives and drive improvements.
• Ensures actions comply with university policy and employment laws.
• Assists with restructuring, succession planning, job descriptions, and salary considerations.
• Maintains HR data in the ERP system and generates reports for decision making.
