The University of Miami seeks a Director of Human Resources - Client Services to oversee the daily operations of the HR Client Services function, delivering client-based services and ensuring compliant HR programs across the University.

This leadership role provides consultation to management on strategic staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, and compliance with employment regulations while fostering an engaged, inclusive culture aligned with the university’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 7 years of HR leadership experience.
• Experience advising on strategy, staffing, compensation and training.

Responsabilités

• Directs HR Client Services operations and program delivery.
• Advises management on staffing plans, compensation, and benefits.
• Leads investigations and employee relations with due diligence.
• Develops and monitors HR policies, procedures and training.
• Implements work culture initiatives and performance metrics.
