CBRE in Dallas is seeking a skilled Plumber to perform preventive maintenance, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of plumbing and distribution systems across facilities.

You will repair water and medical gas lines, install new piping per blueprints, conduct safety inspections, train staff, and respond to emergencies. A Journeyman plumbing certification and valid driver's license are required. This role supports Engineering and Technical Services and upholds HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumbing certification required.
• Medical Gas certification preferred.
• Backflow certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Repair, install, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas systems.
• Install piping and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
• Maintain waste and vent lines with standard tools.
• Assist staff or contractors on projects.
• Conduct plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Train staff for light plumbing maintenance.
• Perform general maintenance and building operations tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and call for help.
• Follow HSE policies and complete required trainings.
• Report unsafe conditions to management.
• Participate in incident investigations and audits.
