Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Plumber within Global Workplace Solutions to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing and distribution systems across facilities.

You will repair water and medical gas systems, install piping and fixtures per blueprints and codes, and assist on projects while ensuring safety and compliance with HSE policies. A Journeyman plumbing certification and a valid driver's license are required, with 4–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Journeyman Plumbing Certification required.
• Medical Gas and Backflow certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; 4–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas distribution systems.
• Install piping and fixtures per blueprints, drawings, and applicable codes.
• Ensure waste and vent lines are in good condition and clear blockages.
• Assist staff or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training for light plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow HSE policies.
• Report unsafe conditions to management.
