Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Medical Front Office Specialist at the Bandera clinic. You will greet families, manage check-in, verify insurance, process payments, and explain wait times clearly to keep the flow moving.

This seasonal-full-time role demands accuracy and calm under pressure. You’ll work closely with clinical teams, document thoroughly in the EMR, and travel to other clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
