Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Bilingual Medical Front Office Specialist for the Selma location. You will greet families, manage check-in and payments, verify insurance, and document in the EMR to keep patient flow smooth.

This seasonal-full time role requires a high school diploma, BLS certification, and ability to pass a background check, with travel to nearby clinics as needed. We're looking for a calm, communicative team member who enjoys working with children and families,

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be the calm, welcoming presence families meet first.

• Explain wait times and next steps clearly and respectfully.
• Juggle phones, walk-ins, and systems during busy shifts.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and protect patient privacy.
• Work closely with clinical teams to keep patient flow moving.

• Clinic Hours are as follows:Mon – Fri: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
