Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary): M 8-7, Tu 8-1, W 8-7, Th 12-7, F 8-2

Compensation: $14-$18/hr, based on experience

At our outpatient physical therapy center in New Castle, we aim to provide patients with an exceptional experience starting at the front desk. As a Patient Service Specialist, you will manage both the patient interactions and the business operations of our center. Your role is vital in shaping the patient's care experience, even before they leave the waiting room.
