Job summary

WS Audiology USA, HearUSA network, is hiring a Client Experience Specialist in Santa Monica, CA to ensure exemplary hearing care for clients. You will manage schedules, handle inquiries, and maintain records with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, processing orders, and supporting center operations while growing through ongoing training and access to a CES Advisory Board.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in customer service and office administration preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling software and MS Office.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client charts and keep information up to date.
  • Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls with friendly service.
  • Manage clinic schedule for walk-ins, appointments, and prospects.
  • Enter stock and orders; perform weekly inventory audit for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate cash and bank deposit records and day-end reports.
  • Keep a clean, inviting environment in the center.
  • Maintain knowledge of hearing aid products and perform basic cleaning/repairs.
  • Assist with troubleshooting via phone or in person and perform checks.
  • Stay informed about HearUSA products, promotions, and pricing; support remote care as needed.

What you will do:
  • Maintainclient charts and ensure information is up to date

  • Manages clinic schedule to ensure efficient and expedient patient care for walk-in/curbside appointments, scheduled appointments, and potential clients
  • Enter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audit to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of cash and bank deposits and perform all end of day processes and reports/ settlements
  • Maintains a clean, inviting, and friendly environment
  • Maintain basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and be able to perform basic cleaning/repair functions
  • Assist with basic hearing aid trouble shooting via telephone or in-person and clean and checks
  • Maintain knowledge of current HearUSA's products, promotions and pricing. As needed, facilitate and support with HearAssist and remote care
What we are looking for:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and office administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport withclientsand co-workers
  • Proficiency with computers including scheduling software and MS Office
  • Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills
