Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Medical Front Office specialist for all clinics in Sun City West, AZ. This full-time role handles patient registration, check-in/check-out, copay collection, and balance processing in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 3+ years experience, and familiarity with EMR systems (Athena a plus). Strong communication, HIPAA knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with EMR systems; Athena knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out patients.
• Verify demographics and ensure consent forms are signed.
• Verify insurance cards on file.
• Review and obtain Advance Beneficiary Notifications.
• Collect on estimated out-of-pocket costs and prior balances.
• Answer clinic calls.
• All other duties as assigned.
