Job summary

American Family Care is hiring for an in-person Front Desk role in Houston, TX. You will greet patients, collect copays, and assist with registration in a fully paperless environment. EMR experience is preferred, and Urgent Care exposure is a plus.

The ideal candidate brings high energy, excellent people skills, and a strong customer service mindset. Reliable transportation and flexibility are required to handle a 7-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule

Your work days are not consistent so must have full availability 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. However, your schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
