Talentify in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, register them, and coordinate scheduling in a busy outpatient setting. You will handle front desk duties, collect co-pays, and manage basic insurance verifications, ensuring a smooth patient flow.

The role is PRN/Per diem with a Mon-Fri 9am-6pm schedule. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience, with 401k eligibility after 1000 hours within the first anniversary or calendar year.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of medical office experience.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
