You will greet patients, collect demographics, answer phones, and provide backup support for the business office while upholding accuracy and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Chart preparation experience preferred.
• Skills to operate office equipment required.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process their paperwork.
• Update patient demographics in the system.
• Answer incoming phone calls and greet patients.
• Check in patients and perform filing; provide backup for the business office.
