Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Chart preparation experience preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in the system.
• Answer incoming phone calls and greet patients.
• Check in patients and assist with filing and general office tasks.
• Provide back-up support for the business office and maintain smooth clinic operations.
