Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in medical practice or similar setting.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with eCW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a pleasant and timely manner.
• Use practice management system to create records, scan documents, and verify insurance.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Balance daily time-of-service batches and collect payments.
• Maintain lobby and assist providers to stay on schedule.
• Answer calls and route messages; take complete messages.
