SCA Health, in partnership with OrthoAlliance, is seeking a Medical Office Coordinator to support front desk operations at a busy orthopedic practice. You will handle patient check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification and billing support, ensuring a welcoming, compliant patient experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in a medical office, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with EHR systems and MS Office.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in a medical office setting.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Assist front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
• Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of patient charge entry into the billing system and assist with collecting and recording co-pays.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Maintains a clean, inviting, and friendly environment.
