Responsibilities

• Check in patients, verify demographics and update records.
• Balance cash and receipts; batch encounters for data entry.
• Run end-of-day credit card batches and reconcile reports.
• Copy medical records for insurance, patient transfers, and legal purposes.
• Assist in scheduling follow-up appointments at checkout.
• Record drug tests and prepare shipments as needed.
