Job summary

Solventum in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Field Service Representative I to deliver, pickup and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment for healthcare customers. You will work with hospital staff and patients, ensure equipment is prepped, disinfected and tested, and coordinate with customers to meet service timelines.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or service-related role.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supports customers, including patients and hospital staff, with superior customer service.
• Executes order management and documentation using company devices.
• Gathers and responds to service and product inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Gathers customer feedback and escalates as needed to management.
• Prepares and disinfects medical equipment for patient use and maintains paperwork.
• Operates a company vehicle to support delivery, pickup and onsite service.
