Job Description
This is a full-time, remote position. You will work from a home office but must be located in the Queens, NY area due to daily local travel for in-person patient appointments. Approximately 75% of travel is expected within the Brooklyn metropolitan area.
Compensation: Competitive salary plus potential monthly bonuses.

As a Field Case Manager, you will work closely with treating physicians, providers, employers, customers, legal representatives, and injured/disabled persons to create and implement treatment plans aimed at returning individuals to work and achieving maximum medical recovery. The base pay ranges from $79,000 to $105,000 annually, with eligibility for productivity-based bonuses. Total compensation depends on skills, experience, education, and performance.
