This is a full-time, remote position. You will work from a home office, but must be located in the Yonkers, NY area due to daily local travel for in-person patient appointments. 75% of travel is expected within the Brooklyn metropolitan area.

As a Field Case Manager, you will work closely with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, legal representatives, and the injured/disabled person to create and implement a treatment plan that returns the injured/disabled person back to work appropriately, ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services, achievement of maximum medical recovery, and return to an optimal level of work and functioning. Compensation depends on the US geographic market. The expected base pay ranges from $79,000 to $105,000 annually. In addition, you will be eligible for a productivity-based bonus. Your total compensation will depend on skills, experience, education, and performance metrics.
