We offer a full-time, remote position with home office flexibility and local engagement. Candidates must live in the Lakeland, FL area for daily in-person patient visits.

As a Field Case Manager, you will work closely with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, legal representatives, and the injured/disabled person to create and implement a treatment plan that returns the injured/disabled person back to work appropriately, ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services, and achieve maximum medical recovery and return to an optimal level of work and functioning. Our total compensation package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, Life Insurance, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement, and more. The base salary ranges from $62,834 to $85,000 annually, plus potential bonuses based on performance. Benefits eligibility may vary by employment status.
